Vtg Fenton Glass Pink Cranberry Opalescent Spiral Optic Flare Ruffle Shade Lamp. The bottom of the shade rim has a sliver (chip) of glass missing.  It sits down image base so you don't see it. Actually it's hard to see unless you feel it. No chips,  cracks or repairs.  The metal base is a lightweight base which is missing the screws to tighten the shade and is tarnished heavily. Makes for good patina though.  I think the shade is vintage fenton glass, but i may be mistaken.
