Note: Be careful this unit can go very loud.
You also get a pair of headphones. These aren't the greatest (they remind me of Richard Simmons) but they do work. If you want, you can swap these out for a pair of your own but keep in mind, this unit is a mono audio device. That means stereo headphones will only come through one ear, but mono headphones will come through both.
