    Description

    ITEM DESCRIPTION: A hard to find antique hand-painted porcelain large oval serving platter.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The platter has a beautiful mauve to reddish rust rim with hand-painted wheat sheaves, a bee, and butterflies. The paint extends into the off-white center. There are a few small markings on the back but I wasn't able to identify the maker.
    CONDITION: Very good, no chips or cracks. There is light paint loss around the perimeter of the rim (see pics)
    FLAWS: Light wear from prior use, as found.
    AGE: Unknown, it appears to be pretty old.
    MEASUREMENTS: 13 1/2" x 9 1/8".
    COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Unknown.
