    Lovely Vintage Dessert Dish & Saucer in Ivy
    D-53 by Paden City
    Fresh in from a large Connecticut country estate and offered for purchase is this vintage saucer & dessert plate created by Paden City in their Ivy pattern. (The design features ivy growing in and around a barrel jug.) Both of these lovely plates are trimmed at the rims with a ring of gold. The dessert plate has a 6-1/4” diameter while the saucer has a 6” diameter. Both are fully marked on the underneath as shown below. Neither dish has cracks, chips, crazing, discoloration or loss of the gold trim, but we noted in our careful examination that both pieces have a 1/16” by 1/8” line at the tip of one leaf where some of the transfer is missing.
