FREIGHT
Freight orders, please contact us for a shipping quote before Checkout as it may affect your decision to purchase. Our handling fee covers preparation for carrier pick-up, a requirement for all carriers. Minimum handling charge is onto a standard pallet and increases for custom pallets. International customers must arrange for their own carrier pick-up
Damaged Shipments
If item arrives damaged by the carrier, please reject shipment and contact us immediately. If you do receive the package, submit clear images of the packaging/box and damaged item from multiple angles. DO NOT discard the packaging. Save packaging for carrier claim. Carrier will often come back to pick up the shipment. We cannot file a claim without the packaging and proper images. Thank you for your help and understanding.
