1984 Connoisseur Collection Frank Fenton Authenticated and hand signed COA. Beautiful heavy heavy glass and is 8" tall.   Very unique in its design and a beautiful vibrant satin blue with embossed swans. Is numbered 965/1500.  Excellent condition with no chips cracks or breaks. Box is in fair condition and is intact.
