Bring home the playful magic of Amirah Kassem's Soho-based Flour Shop – one of the world's most colorfully creative bakeries. We partnered with Kassem to bring you this all-natural ice cream starter. It derives its rich character from pure Callebaut cocoa powder that's pressed from the same blend used in fine Belgian chocolate. Combine the starter with heavy cream and half-and-half, then pour into an ice cream maker. Customize with mix-ins like chocolate chips, chopped nuts, crushed cookies and candy sprinkles. In just 30 minutes, you can enjoy delicious homemade ice cream.

Ingredients:
Sugar, Dutch processed cocoa, sea salt.
This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts (pecans, coconut), eggs, dairy, soy.
What you'll need (per 1 packet of ice cream starter):
1 cup (250 ml) cold half and half
2 cups (500 ml) cold heavy cream
Ice cream maker (it's possible to make it without an ice cream maker, but the instruction says to use it).
