Offered here for your consideration is this FENTON Glass MULBERRY Diamond Optic Perfume Bottle with Stopper, WHIMSIE???
Much larger than a typical melon shaped perfume and with a larger stopper, as well! Please see the included photo placing it next to the cranberry powder box for comparison only. (The cranberry powder box is not included in this auction. ) This is an unmarked piece. VERY, VERY INTERESTING!!!
Please also enlarge photos 3, 4 and 5 for your careful consideration of the following:
1.Upon critical inspection, there is an area that can be felt with your fingernail where the clear glass underside trim is joined to the mulberry at the neck area of the piece. It does not go through nor is it felt from the top of the piece. I do not believe it to be a crack but please consider this carefully.
2. The stopper must be placed carefully due to the 1" opening. It sits upright for a beautiful display but takes a little effort and some rotating. Once in the appropriate place, it remains upright and in place. Again, not the typical perfume sized opening.
Otherwise, no discoloration, no knicks, no chips, no cracks, no repairs and from a non-smoking and pet-free home!
Measurements are approximately 5 1/2" H with stopper in place, 3 3/4" H without stopper x 4 1/4" W.
