    Fenton Jumbo Blue Cabbage Rose Lamp 20” Tall.
    The inside of the shade is rough. I wouldn’t say they are chips. I tried to capture as best as I could in the pictures. If you need additional pictures please ask. Also, the on and off switch should be a key but it’s missing.
