Aurora USS Bennion WW2 US Destroyer Complete Clean Boxed Vintage 1958 No. 704-79

Original 1958 dated issue. Hard box with no splits or problems. Box 10 1/2" long, hull 8 3/4" long. Kit started (very clean) and all parts are present to finish it, I inventoried it completely. Kit started,  no excess glue on deck or hull, very clean job, but the smokestacks are glued on backwards. I think they can be cut off or broken off and switched with some filing and sanding. Looks like a little excess glue in a few gun tubs, very hard to notice, this kit is clean and shiny and the builder did neat clean work. Too bad about smokestacks! Decals yellowed but not too bad for age. Neat instructions
