Description

Item: Vintage American made 97-piece dinnerware set with wildflower floral motif and "premier warranted 22K gold" edges, by Paden City Pottery of West Virginia, early 1950s era. Modern in style, with only minor ornate handles seen. Some server pieces are oven proof. The stoneware is suitable for everyday use, but also special holidays and events. Included are several vinyl zippered cases for most pieces bought later. This is the wedding china of a retired couple, downsizing now.
Not for microwave due to gold trim.
The floral motif was also used in several other similar PCP styles – which you can find to add onto this set – if not the exact pattern, elsewhere.

Condition: Individual place setting pieces show subtle glaze crazing, overall still very good (gold trim still bright and shiny), no obvious chips or cracks. Some server pieces have more pronounced stains or spots in the crazing, a waste bowl chipped rim, sugar bowl lid cracked (see all photos zoomed and ask questions if concerned).  Note the hallmarks vary in color, content.
Will be carefully packed, tracked and insured in US or Canada only.
